As a child of German and Dutch parents, Mr. De Melt spent many years traveling and acquiring education from international institutions, such as: Graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines, Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics and a Diploma of Mechanical Studies from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Throughout his career, Mr. De Melt has been managing a number of well respected mining companies such as Yanacocha Mine in Peru, Norsemont Mining Inc, and BHP to name a few highlights. As a company Chairman and Director, Mr. De Melt brings a wealth of management and leadership experience to Nilam Resources Inc.

As a much sought after consultant, Mr. Sostad has worked in lucrative projects spanning North and South America, including positions with Cominco Ltd., Kootenay King Resources Inc., Rio Tinto, and Noranda. Specializing in precious and base metals, Larry Sostad is an expert in exploratory geological operations and mineral assessment. Mr. Sostad's role in Nilam Resources is to increase output production through effective targeting of precious metal resources.

Juan Manuel Elescano

Mr. Elescano is an accomplished Senior Exploration Geologist with over 20 years of experience in mining operations. Graduating as a Geological Engineer from San Marcos National University, Mr. Elescano quickly embarked on a career path involving metal explorations in South America. Juan Elescano has worked with a number of reputable gold producers, most notably Barrick Gold for which he has over a decade of collaboration as a private contractor and a consulting engineer. True to his academic roots, Mr. Elescano holds a position of Senior Professor of Geologic Engineering at San Marcos University in Lima, Peru. Mr. Elescano is an expert in South American mining operations, and Nilam Resources has entrusted him the position of overseeing mineral explorations in Western Peru.
